What is The Eternal Sanctum Program?

The Eternal Sanctum Program is the official loyalty program of NamoMonk, designed to reward customers for their purchases and engagement.

Who is eligible to join the program?
  • Anyone with a registered account on namomonk.com.  
  • The program is currently valid for Indian residents only.  
  • Businesses, re-sellers, or bulk buyers are not eligible unless expressly permitted. 
How do i earn Eternal Loyalty Points?

Earn 3 Eternal Loyalty Points for every ₹100 spent on eligible purchases (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts).  

  • Points are credited 1 day after the order is successfully delivered.  
  • Points will not be awarded on:  
    - Cancelled or returned items  
    - Orders made using 100% coupon/gift card value  
    - Bulk or wholesale orders  
Are there any bonus points?

Yes! You can earn additional Eternal Loyalty Points through:  

  • Signup Bonus: 50 Eternal Loyalty Points (one-time per user)  
  • Birthday Bonus: 50 Eternal Loyalty Points (valid once annually, birthday must be updated at least 30 days in advance)  
  • Complete your profile:50 Eternal Loyalty Points on completing your profile
How do I redeem Eternal Loyalty Points?

Eternal Loyalty Point = ₹1  

- A minimum of 100 Eternal Loyalty Points is required for redemption.  

- Points cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to other accounts.
What happens to my Eternal Loyalty Points if I return or cancel an order?
  • Any Eternal Loyalty Points earned on that transaction will be automatically deducted from your account.
  • If your balance is insufficient to cover the reversal (due to points already being used), your account may show a negative balance until new points are earned.  
Do Eternal Loyalty Points expire?

Yes, Eternal Loyalty Points are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. Expired points cannot be reinstated.  
Can I have multiple accounts to earn more points?

No, only one account per individual is allowed. Multiple accounts or email IDs by the same person will lead to forfeiture of points.
What happens if someone abuses the program?

Yes, Eternal Loyalty Points are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. Expired points cannot be reinstated.  
What happens if someone abuses the program?

Suspicious activity such as fake referrals, fake reviews, return abuse, or coupon stacking will result in:  

  • Immediate revocation of Eternal Loyalty Points  
  • Suspension or termination of the account  
  • Legal action, where applicable 
What if I have a dispute regarding my Eternal Loyalty Points?

Any disputes related to Eternal Loyalty Points will be resolved at the sole discretion of NamoMonk.

In case of calculation errors or discrepancies, our records will be considered final.
